The information you choose to provide

The form collects the contact details, journey addresses, dates, passenger requirements and optional billing information you enter. The team uses these to assess the enquiry, prepare a quote and contact you about it. Avoid including medical records or sensitive information that is unnecessary for the journey.

Processing the request

Submitted enquiries are handled through ONNN’s booking-management system. The source website and form language identify where the enquiry began. Necessary request details are available to the team handling the enquiry; any later booking arrangements are confirmed separately.

Storage on your device and website measurement

The planner keeps journey details in browser session storage so you can review the request. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in during checkout, your in-progress form is saved in this tab for up to 30 minutes and restored when you return. The optional interest form can save an email on your own device; that action does not subscribe it to a newsletter. Website analytics are separate from the submitted form answers and are configured to respect the browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Optional Apple and Google sign-in

If enabled, Apple or Google verifies your identity and shares your provider account identifier, verified email address and any name you choose to share with ONNN. Apple can supply a private relay email address. ONNN uses this information to sign you in and fill empty booking contact fields. Your provider password is never shared with ONNN. An encrypted, essential session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days; use Sign out to clear it. Booking remains available without an account, and sign-in does not subscribe you to marketing.

The customer area at account.onnn.io uses your verified email address to show your ONNN requests, published quotes, bookings and payment status. Use the same address used for your booking. The server checks ownership before returning these records; private customer pages are not cached or indexed. Contact ONNN if a booking was made with another address.

You can also create an account and sign in with your email and password. A private email link verifies your address before you choose a password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Password setup and recovery links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once; only token hashes are stored. Changing your password ends prior password sessions and invalidates outstanding password links. These essential account emails do not subscribe you to marketing.

After a new ONNN order, you may receive an invitation to verify your email and set up your client area. Password sign-in also requires a six-digit code sent to that email address. Codes expire after ten minutes and can be used once, with at most five attempts. Requesting a new code cancels previous codes, and changing your password cancels pending codes. Essential account emails are separate from marketing.

Questions, corrections and deletion

Ask the company about access, correction, deletion or the handling of your request using the contacts above. Include the request reference if you have it and avoid sending unnecessary personal information. The team will explain any retention requirement that applies to a confirmed booking or accounting record.
